The virtual Restore, Rekindle, Renew Enrichment, “3RE,” happens completely online, with a couple or couples who will facilitate the experience for you. Each one- to two-hour Zoom session will include a video, experiential learning and private interaction with your spouse. You will work through common themes like communicating feelings, understanding your personality styles, listening and being heard, and keeping your relationship a priority.
Since each session deals with a different aspect of marriage, it is important that you are able to attend each one. While there will be some group interaction, your sharing will be between the two of you. You will love having this time to pause and reflect privately and create a dialogue with each other.
